Join us to celebrate KCKPS alumni excellence and raise critical funds for student scholarships. Volunteers are needed to check in honorees and guests at the entry table. Responsibilities include checking in students, handing out certificates, medals, and name cards—which students will hold until they walk onto the stage—and ensuring a smooth and organized arrival process. After the event, volunteers will assist with light cleanup, including removing banners, collecting signage, and tidying the event space.
Training & Dress Code:
- Volunteer training will be provided upon arrival
- Volunteers are required to dress in semi-formal to formal attire
